Additional Information:
Services for women and their families affected by mental health issues during and post pregnancy (perinatal period). Perinatal and infant mental health services to families.
Eligibility Criteria Parents with a child aged 0-3 years requiring parenting support and intervention to
prevent exacerbation of parenting issues that may be affecting parental confidence
and, or the development of a positive parent-infant relationship. This would include
parents identified as being highly anxious, emotionally and physically exhausted,
with mild to moderate anxiety or depression.
Tresillian is funded by NSW Health; clinical services in the Residential Units are
covered by Medicare or the family's private health fund. Parents pay a small
accommodation and meals charge per day.
