For most consultations holders of a current Pension or DVA Card and children up to 16, will be bulk-billed directly to Medicare; all others will be charged based on our current fee schedule.
Registered Nurses - Working full time, with two treatment rooms, private room for pap smears and std screening, wound and ulcer treatments, ear syringing, lacerations, foreign body removals, community health advise, cryotherapy, chronic disease monitoring, spirometry, smoking cessation advise, ecg and acute emergency care. Special interest in anaphylaxis and epipen training.
Immunisation Clinic - Baby immunisations; School immunisations; Adult catch ups; Annual influenza and chronic disease immunisation
Baby Development Clinic - 2 monthly baby development, milestones, centile growth charts , lactation advise, weaning advise.
Antenatal care, shared care - Our efficient doctor (all drs ) and nurse teams can monitor you throughout your pregnancy, full range of services provided. Post graduate diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Dr Norton and Dr Fielding are now preferred providers with Nambour General Hospital antenatal department.
Diabetes Clinic - Doctors and nursing staff are experienced with starting and titrating insulin regimes,and diabetes holistic care.
Travel Immunisation - A comprehensive travel service with emailed documentation of immunisations needed, malaria prophylaxis, current health risks in area to visit. Registered Yellow Fever centre certification. immunisations provided with vaccine log book.
Fractures, Plastering and Waterproof fibreglass - Our doctors and nurses are experienced in treating many fractures, with xray imaging only 1 km away.
Home visit and Nursing Home visits - Our doctors provide a home visiting service where practical due to geographic limits and type of medical treatment needed. Some doctors conduct weekly rounds at various nursing homes on the Sunshine Coast.
Acute Medical Presentations - we will endeavour to accomodate walk in emergencies as clinically appropriate.
Minor Injuries - Walk in presentations for lacerations, suturing, glue, debridement.
Skin cancer clinic - All doctors are trained in advanced skin cancer management, we offer whole body skin checks, spot checks, biopsey, excision, flap excisions, dermoscopy and photographic monitoring and cryotherapy.
Palliative care service - Our doctors work closely with community nurses, provide visits and experienced palliative care in the home.
Chronic Disease Care - Complex chronic disease and co-morbidy, polypharmacy planning involving nurse care and allied health teams.
Telehealth Specialist Consultations - We can arrange telehealth consultations with some specialist privately or publically from our rooms.
Veterans Affairs CVC Program - This is a government funded DVA program providing additional nurse and social worker support.
