This is a 6 week program consisting of:
A full assessment taking approximately 45 minutes in the first week and attendance at a dietician lecture.
The remaining 5 weeks the patient attends two exercise classes 60 minutes and 5 education classes 90 minutes in length.
The program runs every day with 3 gyms running, Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting at 7am and 2 gyms on Tuesday and Thursday.
