Additional Information: Personal Care assistance is provided to eligible individuals who have been assessed as having functional limitations in meeting their personal care needs. Personal Care assistance can include, but is not limited to showering, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, and assistance with mobility. Service needs are assessed through an Intake & Assessment process designed to prioritise and assess individual client needs. A co-contribution, which is determined by the clients income is charged for services. Services are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 6:00am until 10.00pm. Additional Information: We believe that the best place for children and young people with disability to grow and learn is with their family. Our support services don't replace what families do together, it's about providing additional opportunities for children and young adults to learn, grow and socialise while receiving encouragement and comradeship with others.
Activities are person-centred and based around individual preferences and personalities, as well as varying support needs.
We understand that disability or illness impact on all your family so we'll be there for you whether it's a short break while we bring your child for an outing to the park through to caring for your child and their siblings in your own home.

Additional Information: Life can be busy enough for most people without having to face the added burden of endless laundry. If you're caring for a loved one with continence management issues, we can support you with a mobile laundry home delivery service.
We'll provide bed linen, including sheets and pillowcases, bath towels and absorbent bed and chair pads.
One of our friendly reliable staff will make the delivery and collection at the same time so you can comfortably cross off one thing on your to-do list.

Additional Information: The Frail Aged Program provides regular and ongoing support to people who are over 65 years of age and frail aged through assistance with activities of daily living, respite and social support. To be eligible for this program clients must be over 65 years, living in their own homes in the ACT and who are not currently receiving services from an Aged Care Package.
