Crossroads Reconnect is for young people 12-18 years of age who live, attend or work in Hume or Moreland local government areas and who are at risk of leaving home or have recently left home.
Reconnect aims to prevent youth homelessness by improving young people's relationships with their family, school and community. It is free of charge, voluntary and outreach based. The program can also offer mediation support, information, advocacy and referral to other services
