Additional Information: Specialist Family Services provides an early intervention service for children 0 - 6 years who have developmental delay and/or diagnosed disability. The program is family centred and provides case management, intake and assessment, therapy services and referral to other community services. The program works in collaboration with Noahs Ark Family Resource Centre, Horsham; Wimmera Uniting Care, Horsham; and Pinarc Support Services, Ballarat in delivery of therapy services. The Act was established to ensure that necessary planning for service delivery would occur for some of Victoria's most vulnerable community members.
