Want a future but need a hand?
Are you a young person determined to have a future but haven't quite worked out the best pathway to get there, then perhaps you need the
'Youth Pathways Program'
To be eligible you have to be:
-- 15-19 years of age
-- Left school
-- Unemployed
-- Not in any other education or training program
And there are No Tuition fees
How does 'Youth Pathways' work?
Come into the Swan Hill campus of the Sunraysia Institute of TAFE and talk to the Youth Pathways Coordinator who will:
-- Discuss a range of possible courses and certificates at TAFE to meet your goals,
-- Enroll you in an appropriate Youth Pathways Program,
-- Help you to develop a plan and a pathways for you to work towards in relation to education, training and employment.
And that's not all!
We continue supporting you within the course you have chosen.
We assist you in accessing other support services such as counselling, disability support, accommodation etc.
We follow-up with you for up to six months after you have completed your course to see how your pathways plan is going.
