Mental Health Online’s mission is to ensure that people experiencing mental health difficulties have access to free information, effective digital treatment programs and appropriate further care recommendations, accessible whenever and wherever it’s needed.

Mental Health Online provides free resources and services to help people experiencing mental health difficulties including:
- High quality information and resources to help you understand mental health difficulties and their treatment
- A comprehensive online psychological assessment (e-PASS) to help assess the type and severity of difficulties you may be experiencing
- Evidence-based treatment programs
- Access to eTherapists to support you through your treatment program via email, video and instant chat
Programs and apps and tools
Treatment Programs
Mental Health Online offers seven, comprehensive treatment programs which can be worked through independently or with therapist support:
- Depression Online Program: helps people learn about depression, and implement strategies to manage symptoms and improve overall wellbeing
- Generalised Anxiety (GAD) Program: helps people understand the nature of anxiety and worry and teaches skills and strategies to help manage symptoms and improve overall wellbeing
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Program: helps people to understand and manage Post-Traumatic Stress by learning how to change unhelpful thoughts and beliefs and manage symptoms
- OCD Stop! Program: helps people understand more about Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and to learn strategies to change behaviour and thinking styles, and better manage obsessions and/or compulsions
- Panic Stop! Program: helps to increase understanding of panic and learn skills and strategies to manage symptoms
- Social Anxiety Online Program: helps people learn about social anxiety and implement skills and strategies to manage symptoms and improve overall wellbeing
- Made-4-Me Multi-disorder Program: designed to help people work on managing more than one mental health difficulty at the same time
Therapist Support
12 weeks of therapist support is also available for all Mental Health Online programs:
- Therapist Assisted Program: weekly contact from one of our eTherapists via email, video or instant chat to help support and tailor programs to your needs
Mental Health Assessment
Mental Health Online also provides a comprehensive assessment tool:
- e-PASS Assessment: to help assess the type and severity of difficulties you may be experiencing, and to suggest treatments, including our free programs and therapist support
