InsideOut eClinic –
a free online treatment service for people experiencing disordered eating or eating disorder symptoms, and for carers supporting someone with an eating disorder. Developed by clinical and research experts, the eClinic offers evidence-based, self-guided cognitive behavioural therapy programs and practical tools. Programs can be completed at your own pace, anytime and anywhere, from the comfort of home. No referral or diagnosis is required.

New Treatments under Clinical Trial –
our researchers are continually striving to develop new treatments and improve outcomes for people with eating disorders. Our cutting-edge treatment innovations are rigorously tested and delivered by highly trained clinicians.

InsideOut Screener (IOI-S) –
a validated screening tool made up of a few simple questions. Co-designed with people who have lived experience of an eating disorder, it uses accessible language and provides feedback to the person or the health professional.

InsideOut GP Hub –
a digital suite of evidence-based tools and resources developed by GPs, for GPs, in collaboration with clinical experts and people with lived experience of eating disorders. The GP Hub provides practical guidance, templates, clinical tools and point-of-care resources to support earlier identification, assessment and evidence-based management.
