Carers Victoria

Carers Victoria is the statewide voice for unpaid carers, representing and helping to equip all Victorians who provide care for someone with disabilities, chronic illnesses, mental health conditions, or age-related care needs.

Vision and mission

That all unpaid carers are recognised, valued and supported.

How Carers Victoria can help

Their advisory line provides personalised assistance to help carers access support and advice to help navigate the various systems of support in Victoria.

Their carer-facing staff are highly qualified social workers and counsellors. They know the carer experience intimately and have years of practice navigating carer systems, payments and services at the state and federal level.

Carers will be connected to formal supports, community events, support groups and respite opportunities.
