Held every Monday. The program provides assistance to older people from Turkish background to attend and participate in especially designed group activities to maintain and improve their physical, social and psychological well being.These activities include: Morning tea, culturally appropriate meals (Halal meal), outings, games and crafts, guest speakers, educational workshops, individual support and other lifestyle and leisure activities.
