City of Marion Community Care is a Home and Community Care (HACC) program promoting support services for frail older people, younger people with a disability and the carers of both, living in the council area. Services include domestic assistance, social support, home maintenance, home safety and security. See our website links and brochure for further information.: EntryProcedures Eligibility - frail older people over 65 living independently in their homes, younger people with a disability, carers for either of the above. Residents must meet specific eligibility criteria to use these services. A referral form can be forwarded to Community Care from your General Practitioner, hospital or advocate.
