The Quandialla CHC is in attendance from 8.30am - 5, however we have a
drop in clinic, Monday - Friday 9.00am - 10.30am
All other services available by appointment.
Provides a home nursing service including, short term care after discharge from Hospital, supporting clients to manage medications, care for frail aged and disabled clients, palliative care and carer support. Wound care and nursing assessments and referrals are also provided
