This program provides support and assistance to Aboriginal community members who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness.
Services provided include: assistance during or to prevent a crisis; assistance to find short term accommodation (within available resources); help finding and staying in suitable long term housing; links and referrals to specialist support services; advocate and liaise with Housing Providers and Real Estate Agents; assistance to complete housing applications; working with the Community member to develop and reach goals; working with your current support network-this may be another service or family members, with your consent.
