The YMCA health and Fitness Centre also provide classes and tailored exercise programs for people with mobility limitations or chronic illness, they include:
- Mobilisers (Physical disabilities)
- Lungs for Life (Breathing difficulties)
- Fit for the Future (Cancer Patients)
Referrals and handovers from physiotherapists and Doctors are appreciated. Current exercise programs can be incorporated into the YMCA Gym program.
