Helping Hand believes independence is important to your quality of life. Our care homes create a home like environment with outdoor areas, social activities and space for entertaining family and friends. Our volunteers and auxilliary groups also work create opportunities for excursions and activities. We are located in North Adelaide, Ingle Farm, Mawson Lakes, Parafield Gardens, Northgate, Clare, Jamestown and Port Pirie. : EntryProcedures Admission into our residential care homes require an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) assessment to determine that you qualify for either low care or high care residential accommodation
