The team consists of clinical psychologists, social workers, doctors, research and administrative staff. Additional Information: The Renal Unit at Flinders Medical Centre is responsible for the diagnosis and management of all renal medical conditions, hypertension and electrolyte disorders. The Unit provides on site acute and chronic dialysis, satellite and a home dialysis service. Renal biopsies are also performed through the Unit as a means to detect kidney problems. Follow up for patients who have had a kidney transplant is also provided.: EntryProcedures Flinders Medical Centre (FMC) Renal Unit provides support for patients suffering from chronic renal failure.
