'The Federation of Polish Organisations in SA coordinates the following support services:- Polish Community Aged Care Packages (CACP), Polish Social Support Program (PSSS), Polish Meals Program, Polish Active Seniors (PAS), In Home Respite - Emergency or Short Term. Information sessions for Polish seniors and Polish carers is part of Polish social support program.:EntryProcedures Information Sessions for Polish Seniors and Polish Carers are held on the last Wednesday of each month, at 11.00 am, at the Dom Polski Centre. Guest speakers from many different areas are invited to provide information on various topics.:WaitingList After a person becomes eligible for assistance, a coordinator will arrange a home visit with the person and his/her advocate to discuss their needs. A package of services will then be negotiated and a service agreement completed. Services provided are regularly monitored and can change to suit different circumstances.'
