Additional Information: Participants in the group have the opportunity to make new friends and spend the day enjoying a variety of entertainment, including relaxation and social activity, gentle exercise, craft, singing, games, guest speakers and outings. The programs give members of the Community the opportunity to network and develop peer support, providing an avenue to promote the maintenance of Health and Well-being. The programs are tailored towards individual and group desired outcomes. A healthy morning tea and fully cooked meal will top off a wonderful day.
