A transitional support model which enables clients to actively pursue their life goals, with the overall objective being increasing their skills and independence. Personal care (including bathing, personal hygiene, dressing & toileting assistance). Funding for support is provided by Disability SA & board & lodging costs are self funded by the client (79% of DSP). High care services provided.

Situated at Williamstown in the heart of the Barossa, this beautiful 13 acre property accommodates up to 8 clients. Provides high care. We have also recently commenced in-home support service in the Northern Area.

Supported residential facilities provide accommodation and care services for individuals who require some additional support. Low care services provided

Gawler Supportive Care - Gawler East

GSC opened over 20 years ago and is situated at the old Gawler Hospital. We can accommodate 75 people in single room accommodation at this site. We have also recently commenced in-home support service in the Northern Area.

Church office is open Thur and Fri 9am - 12noon for enquiries.. Seniors Group First and Third Wednesdays of the month 11:45am include Share-a-meal Luncheon. Carers are welcome to attend to provide support for a caree. See website links for further information available.
