The Centre provides entertaining and stimulating activities and outings for clients, encouraging socialisation and providing support. 
Hostel residents attend as do members of the Willaura and district communities.

East Grampians Health Services - Parkland House Willaura

A twice weekly activity program for older people in the community, is held 11.00 am - 3.00 pm, Tuesdays and Fridays at the Centre.  Activities include games, puzzles, videos, craft sessions or guest speakers.

For those who are isolated or unable to drive, transport to the centre can be arranged.

$8 charge which includes lunch.

Lake Bolac Bush Nursing Centre

It is a welcoming place to meet, enjoy a meal together and importantly have fun. Some 25-30 people attend each day with over 400 visits per month with Home and Community Care client's showing a favourable increase.

The focus is on improving the mental health and wellbeing through activities that are stimulating for attendees. The increased awareness of health and wellbeing has seen the review of our healthy menu and fresh fruit delivered 3 days per week which has been well received. Volunteers play a big part in the day to day activities which gives the centre more flexibility with activities, additional outings and importantly, strong bonds of friendship are developed.

East Grampians Health Service - Ararat

This Department offers a range of programs for the General Community aimed at enabling people to increase control over the determinants of their health and thereby improve their health and prevent disease.
Working with other services and organisations in a collbaroative way to address common health promotion issues.

Beaufort & Skipton Health Service - Skipton Campus

Elmhurst Bush Nursing Centre conducts a HACC Planned Activity Group at the Centre from 10.30 am - 3.00 pm, Wednesdays, fortnightly.  The PAG is open to older adults and people who fit the criteria for HACC services. the program includes a lunch, activities and outings.
