The Multicultural Health & Wellness Centre's Program is designed to provide a range of culturally appropriate activities and social support, inform and empower seniors from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) background to make informed choices about continuing to live at home independently. Our three course meals, cooked and served in a friendly and culturally harmonious environment, assist clients to maintain their nutritional needs. Additionally, a wide range of activities and information sessions organised and presented in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner, helps improve client wellbeing and reduces their social isolation. Our centres cater for Greek, Polish, Italian, Macedonian, Ukrainian and mixed multicultural communities. All services provided are person-centred and culturally appropriate. Our clients are encouraged to actively participate in creating and managing their own individual care plans. Transport is provided by our mini buses.

The Ecc Greek Seniors Health & Wellness Centre

ECC's Greek Holy Apostles Seniors Health & Wellness centre operates at the Greek Holy Apostles Church hall twice a week, Tuesdays & Thursdays; from 9am till 2pm. Staff and clients attending are mostly from Greek background. Freshly cooked three course meals, cooked and served in a friendly and culturally harmonious environment are of the Greek & Mediterranean style cuisine.
Additionally, a wide range of activities and information sessions organised and presented in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner, helps improve client wellbeing and reduces their social isolation. Our centres cater for Greek, Polish, Italian, Macedonian, Ukrainian and mixed multicultural communities. All services provided are person-centred and culturally appropriate. The Ecc Italian Seniors Health & Wellness Centre

ECC's Polish Seniors Health & Wellness centre operates at the Polish Association premises hall three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; from 9am till 2pm. Staff and clients attending are mostly from Polish background. Freshly cooked three course meals, cooked and served in a friendly and culturally harmonious environment are of the Polish & Mid-European style cuisine.
Additionally, a wide range of activities and information sessions organised and presented in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner, helps improve client wellbeing and reduces their social isolation.
