Caring Neighbourhood Program

Causeway Connection Day Program is a centre-based program that assists older people who may be feeling socially isolated due to mobility restrictions or memory loss. The program caters for people aged 65 and over, or 50 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Program hours 9.00 am to 4.00 pm Tuesday and Friday.
