Functional assessment of skills in self-care, home duties and performance at work and leisure activities. Education and training in self-care and home duties to increase independence. Functional rehabilitation to improve strength, endurance and balance. Upper limb rehabilitation and hand therapy. Cognitive assessment and education. Home assessment by an occupational therapist if required to improve safety and independence. Prescription and advice about equipment in the home and to aide mobility.
