Healthy Living for Seniors is a day program for people over the age of 65 years. It provides a unique opportunity for individual to connect with their local community in a supportive environment. The program is designed to improve health and wellbeing by focusing on social interaction and activities to maintain and regain independence and quality of life.
We will talk with you about your interests, goals and abilities. We work with you to develop a personal plan that enables you to enjoy the company of others in a safe, relaxed and friendly environment whilst participating in your chosen leisure and lifestyle activities, either at our day centre or through connecting you to other community groups.

Northern Rivers Community Transport (Social Support)

A flexible program designed to enhance connection and independence for clients living in the Lismore district, aged over 65 or udner 65 if they have a disability, or their carers.
Social Outings such as a morning tea, lunch, shopping, banking or other appointments,
Transport to recreational activities,
Home visits providing companionship, e.g. a cuppa and a chat, help to write a letter,
Social bus outings for women's and men's groups,
Bus Buddies social activities for people with a disability aged between 30 and 65.
