Helpful Connextions provides supports for children and adults, specialising in disabilities, autism, ADHD, and psychosocial disability. We offer counselling, disability strategies, Functional Capacity Assessments, behaviour support, and NDIS navigation. Our approach is neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and tailored to real-life needs, empowering people with practical, person-centred support.

Play Therapy Connection are a mental health service for children, young people and families offering a range of play therapy services including individual counselling, family play therapy programs, assessments, training and development, and group programs.
