WHAT IS THE SERVICE?
The counselling service is committed to promoting the health and well being of individuals and their families.  Support is available to people who seek assistance with any sort of life issues, e.g. relationships, grief, personal issues or concerns, or just support through a difficult time.

WHAT DO COUNSELLORS DO?

-- Assist people with difficulties they may be experiencing in life

-- Explore people's options and consequences

-- Seek to empower people to meet their own needs through the dissemination of information, self determination, education, the attainment of new skills and the realization of personal resources.

-- Assist people to access resources/services in the community that are relevant to their own needs

-- Educate people in the community about various issues to help them meet their own needs.
