6 – 8 week program to support residents to access information about building skills and practicing resilience in their everyday lives.

*Companion Animal Project

Support for older residents who are finding it hard to walk their dog – Volunteers are matched and will assist weekly.

Gentle Exercise to improve balance, breathing and blood flow.

*Charles Sturt Gym Group

A program held in small gym with OT and Physio support and guidance  to improve overall strength and balance

City of Charles Sturt Easy Gardens Program

The program offers basic services such as domestic assistance, shopping, transport and meal support for older people living in their own homes who are experiencing difficulties with these tasks.

Home support programs aim to establish, in partnership with the client, a plan that will address individual needs to support independence to remain at home.
