Amy is passionate about helping people achieve a greater understanding of themselves and their patterns, to develop new ways of coping with difficult thoughts or emotions, and to take steps toward the life they want. Amy uses evidence-based treatments, including ACT, CBT, Schema Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

Megan assists clients to navigate a range of presentations including stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, adjustment issues, phobias, pregnancy related issues, work/study stress, life transitions, identity/self-esteem issues and grief and loss.
