The Diabetes Nurse Practitioner is available for diabetes matters in the North East region of Victoria, based in Wangaratta. Referrals can be made directly to the Green St Specialist Rooms by the person with diabetes or their doctor / allied health professional. Fees: Medicare Rebate available / no GPMP referral required. Pathology and Medical History welcomed.
