Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) provide client focused services to people requiring a low level of care, helping them to remain independent in their own home. CACPs provide a coordinated, planned and reliable service that enables clients to maintain control over services provided. Wesley House Aged Care Facility manages 39 packages. Indigenous people are given priority for 15 packages.
