Held in the upstairs library room, these clasesses are informal and suitable for all ages and nationalities. the classes are run by volunteer tutor Ron List, who is very popular with students for his unique style of teaching. Mondays or Tuesdays 10am till 2pm. break between 12pm and 12:30pm. Cost: Free. SA Community Foodies is a South Australian nutrition program that aims to build the capacity of individuals and communities to make healthier food choices by training and supporting volunteer community members ('Foodies') to act as agents for change.
UCWB is managing the delivery of the SA Community Foodies Program across the state in conjunction with UnitingCare Wesley Country SA and ac.care (project partners).
The SA Community Foodies Program has a statewide reach with Foodie Coordinators being located in metropolitan Adelaide as well as regional centres in both the north and south of the state.
