McCallum Disability Services is a provider of services for people with a disability throughout Ballarat and St Arnaud districts.
This includes: Accommodation, Respite, Lifestyle Options (1:1 support, Community Connections (group based programs)Supported Employment.

Pinarc Disability Support - Sturt Street

Pinarc provides a comprehensive range of support programs that enable people with disabilities to reach their full potential. We believe in freedom of choice and the right to participate as a valued member of the community.

Flexible support programs provide assistance to people with disabilities in areas of daily living.  Flexible support may be provided by way of a number of funding models including:
-- Home First or Support & Choice programs: These programs are funded by DHS and referrals must be made via DHS

-- Fee for Service (Brokerage): Agencies such as TAC, Linkages etc may fund support programs.  Support can be provided once the details of service type, service requirements, unit costs and hours available are received in writing

Karden Disability Support Foundation

Karden Disability Support Foundation (KDSF) is a small and innovative not for profit organisation providing a range of in home high quality, customised services to people with physical, cognitive and sensory disabilities. We also have an arts division called Arthur Creative, which provides innovative arts programs for people with a disbaility.
 
We have a strong connection and a commitment to our local community. A key word in our language is service and our focus is to create a customised support services for all people we work with. 

KDSF aims to educate the community at large, that people with disabilities are primarily that: A person first!

We also provide consultancy and training services.

Hours: 9.00 am - 5.30 pm, Monday - Friday, for inquiries.

Carers can access respite care.  A support staff will provide respite whilst the carer takes a break or attends to personal business.

PYRENEES SHIRE COUNCIL

The Pyrenees Shire Council provides support services to the Beaufort, Avoca, Lexton, Snake Valley, Amphitheatre and other communities within the Shire, in the following areas:

Disability Support Services.
The St. Luke's Disability Support Service is funded by the Department of Human Services under the Disability Services Act (2006) to provide supports to individuals with an identified disability - intellectual, sensory, physical, acquired brain injury.  The Program operates in Macedon Ranges Shire and Bendigo.

There are three components to the Service: 
Outreach - to assist people living independently in the community. This service provides intensive supports for a small number of people sharing accommodation. 
Individual client packages to assist individuals with complex needs to live independently in the community. The Service is flexible and aims to meet individual client needs. 

Direct client support may include:
Living skills, Budgeting and banking, Domestic routines,Tenancy issues,Seeking accommodation,Facilitating social access,Linking people to other services, Liaison with other service providers
