Willunga Community Bus

Willunga Community Bus provides a door to door bus service for transport disadvantaged eligible residents of the City of Onkaparinga, taking them to nearest shopping centres, clubs, community centres and libraries. Transport is provided by volunteer drivers within the southern area of the City of Onkaparinga for residents who have limits on their personal mobility.: PreviouslyKnownAs Willunga Community Transport Board Inc:

Open 24 hours. Kanggawodli services include primary health care, nursing staff and a range of visiting therapists. A clinic GP attends residents of the service on a weekly basis by appointment.  

Facility providing culturally appropriate accommodation for Indigenous patients to recover after their initial discharge from hospital and while they are receiving treatment.

EntryProcedures Referrals are necessary for admittance to Kanggawodli. Clients will be assessed prior to admitting to ensure that the criteria is met and that relevant documentation is provided.

WaitingListDetails Patients who need assessment or follow-up specialist services, as well as those receiving longer-term treatments, will be able to stay for up to 12 weeks.

*Accommodation at Kanggawodli is by referral only. Residents must be over 18 years of age and able to be safely accommodated.

The Gawler Hospital is part of the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Rural Region providing acute services ranging from in-hospital care by local general practitioners to specialist surgical, obstetric, paediatric and anaesthetic services delivered by medical consultants. Kangaroo Island Health Service

The Kangaroo Island Health Service includes a 15-bed hospital which provides health and aged care for Kangaroo Island residents and visitors. It offers accident and emergency services, acute inpatient and outpatient services and long stay nursing home accommodation.

This hospital provides active medical and aged care services to Tailem Bend and the surrounding rural community. We provide general medical and palliative care and community service programs. is part of the Yorke and Lower North Health Services. Our hospital is a 44 bed complex with 22 beds for people receiving active medical treatment and 22 aged care beds. Karoonda and District Soldiers' Memorial Hospital

Karoonda and District Soldiers' Memorial Hospital is a 22-bed facility.There are 18 beds for aged care and 4 beds are for people receiving active medical treatment. Adjoining the hospital is a low care hostel with 8 rooms. The accident and emergency department operates 24 hours a day. The hospital is part of Mallee Health Service which also includes Lameroo and Pinnaroo hospitals and community health service. The Waikerie health service has 30 acute care beds and 42 Multipurpose residential places for people requiring high levels of care. We offer acute services including accident and emergency, medical services, day and inpatient surgical and obstetrics. The Crystal Brook and District Hospital is part of the Southern Flinders Health Services.
