Adriana provides individualised therapeutic care and draws upon acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to assist clients to move towards positive outcomes. She has extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan and has a special interest in working with people with anxiety disorders or those who have experienced physical, emotional or sexual abuse.
