Services and support includes confidentiality and a safe place for a woman to discuss what is going on for her and her children, outreach support for women not needing accommodation or still in the relationship, housing support, safe house, short term accommodation, DV counselling, safety planning, emotional support and advocacy. Information and referrals to appropriate services - legal, financial, housing.: EntryProcedures For women looking to escape domestic violence and needing emergency accommodation they need to call The Domestic Violence and Aboriginal Family Violence Gateway Service 1800 800 098. This service offers emergency accommodation, telephone counselling and information, appropriate referrals and advocacy with other services. We can only accept clients into the shelter that are to us from them.
