A residential rehabilitation program for 20-40 year old who have a psychiatric diagnosis. The service provides a supportively challenging environment that supports individuals to develop social and other independent living skills and to raise the quality of their lives. Clients can remain in the program for up to three years and are supported to find more independent accommodation on exit. An Outreach service is also provided to adults living in their own home, or housing provided by the Office of Housing. Many of these clients have progressed through the residential program. Clients can be referred directly to either the residential or outreach program.
