Lung Foundation Australia is a national charity dedicated to supporting anyone with a lung disease. We're the national first point-of-call for patients, their families, carers, health professionals and the general community.
Our vision is to ensure lung health is a priority for all in Australia. We do this by:
• Promoting the importance of lung health
• Promoting early diagnosis of lung disease
• Supporting those with lung disease and their carers.
• Promoting equitable access to evidence-based care
• Funding quality research
We receive no general ongoing government funding and rely on donations, membership, bequests, grants, business and industry support. People's generous gifts ensure we continue to deliver these vital services for all in Australia.
