The service supports clients living in the Gawler, Barossa and Clare Valleys who are at risk of losing their accommodation and suffering from mental illness. Clients receive individualised one on one support, they are encouraged to identify particular needs/strengths, and develop their own goals to facilitate engagement in an enhanced quality of life. Service is offered on an outreach basis and is flexible according to the client's needs. See website link for further information. EntryProcedures Public Mental Health staff identify adults with complex needs who may want to consider Centacare services. These people are then approached and if they agree, they accept the service on a voluntary basis.
