Additional information
Individual cognitive behaviour therapy is available for adults whose primary problem is an anxiety disorder or depression. Treatment provided for anxiety disorders (including panic and agoraphobia, social phobia, PTSD and OCD) and depression, and group Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy for depression relapse prevention. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
