Additional information

Providing support and treatment for difficulties with anxiety, OCD, depression and mood problems, work and life stress, trauma and PTSD, and relationship concerns. Using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and associated approaches. Working with people to understand what has prompted their concerns, what maintains them and importantly, teach people the skills they need to overcome them.

Appointments are available in person, online and by phone. Medicare rebates are available.
