Diabetes education and management services include individual consultations for type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes. Group education for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes with Dietitian and Diabetes Educator. Multidisciplinary diabetes clinics available in conjunction with visiting physician incorporating podiatry, dietetics and diabetes education services.
