As part of the Rural Health Team, the diabetes educator provides diabetes prevention education for clients diagnosed with diabetes and or cardiovascular disease. The Health Promotion Officer arranges health promotional activities to improve the health and wellbeing of people in the Orroroo community and surrounding areas. Community mental health care for people aged 18 and over. Broad range of support services including triaged case management, grief and counselling.: EntryProcedures For rural and remote mental health service, emergency triage, liaison service and 24 hour emergency assistance and information, phone 13 14 65.
