True Self Space offers counselling for children, teens, and adults in Newport, VIC. Counsellor Melanie Pontikis is PACFA-registered and IFS Level 1 trained. She supports clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and low self-esteem through compassionate, self-awareness-based therapy. In-person and online sessions available, with free 15-minute consults and sliding scale fees.
