The Transitional Housing Program is funded by the Department of Health and Human Service (DHHS). The program provides short term supported accommodation for individuals or families who are homeless or who are at risk of homelessness and who are in receipt of specialist housing services (case managed).
All vacancies are listed on the DHHS resources register as they become available. Only funded specialist housing services are able to apply. Allocation of resources is assessed against highest priority of need.
