Flex Out Physiotherapy prides itself on its personalised patient approach. We believe in a practice based on manual therapy, with emphasis on the principals of early mobilisation, massage, strengthening and stretching. We infrequently utilise machines and only ever use as an adjunct to a treatment rather than a complete treatment. Our formalised approach to treatment includes liaising with all parties including specialists, general practitioners, nurses and of course the patient. This approach has been developed utilising the broad range of experiences from our team, who have worked in rehabilitation hospitals, private hospitals, public hospitals, private practice and Defence Force.
