Remedial massage is a healing treatment for knotted, tense or damaged tissue. Remedial treatment uses several specialised techniques that can be gentle, strong, deep or shallow, which will support and speed up the body's natural repair mechanisms. Remedial massage endeavours to identify the original biomechanical dysfunction, thus healing the cause of the disorder as well as the symptoms.
