This is a supported accommodation and assistance program (SAAP) funded service. Offers crisis accommodation transitioning to long term accommodation. RIAS will accept singles, couples and families. They also provide accommodation for young people (16 - 25 years); however the young person must have an independent income. RIAS also offer support advocacy, information and referral to counselling services and emergency relief services. Transitional supported accommodation. The Rural Isolated Accommodation Service Provides Short, Medium And Long Term Accommodation as well as emergency and crisis services. Other Services include Resource Information, Advocacy, Referral, Personal And Practical Support, mental health support and non-clinical counselling.
