Regular Programs
Programs are held Monday to Friday at the Elsie Bennett Community Centre, the Harrow Bush Nursing Centre, the Apsley RSL Hall and within the hospital.
The activities include:
Low/High Impact Aerobics
Fall Prevention Exercise program
'Pump it up' (men only exercise)
Pilates
Chair based exercises
Zumba
'Puff and Pump' Exercises
Tai Chi
Mammogram—(Breastscreen)
Community Health Nurse takes a bus to Horsham 4 times per year to encourage women to have regular mammograms. Afternoon tea is supplied.
Resources
We have books and videos for loan of a range of subjects e.g.. dementia, lupus, arthritis, after stroke etc.
Carers Group
If you care for a family member or friend, you need to care for yourself. This group is friendly and supportive.
Diabetes -ComNet Support Group
Meets bi– monthly, education, support and advice about diabetes
Respite in Home
Is available, a Carer can come to your home to allow you to keep appointments or have some social time out.

If you have any queries or problems with continence or need information regarding products, please phone for an appointment on 5585 9845.
