Physiotherapy is a clinical health science and profession aimed at treating a variety of conditions that contribute to the reduction of physical capabilities and mobility.
Physiotherapists draw on their extensive training in, and knowledge of, the mechanics and anatomy of the human body, to identify the causes of underlying problems and develop strategies to restore normal functioning.
A physiotherapy assessment may involve a postural analysis, gait analysis and various musculoskeletal, neurological and/or vascular diagnostic tests.

Physiotherapists assist in treating pain and dysfunction associated with occupational overuse, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, poor posture and pre/post orthopaedic surgery. They manage a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, headache arthritis, neck pain and low back pain.
